Refund policy
Online Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY as long as the item(s) are returned within 14 days of the delivery date. After the 14 day time period, your item(s) are no longer eligible. Customer(s) are responsible for the return costs.
Store credit will not be issued until item(s) are received to the boutique.
There will not be a need for a return authorization, just ship your item(s) that you are not happy with to the address on the bottom of your invoice.
Eligibility for returned product(s) are as follows... Item(s) MUST be in the condition in which they were delivered.
Unworn, No Perfume, No Deodorant Stains, No Dog/Cat Hair, No rips/tears, No Smell of Smoke, Items MUST be in unworn/Original Condition.
IF ITEM IS DAMAGED OR WORN IN ANY WAY; WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY REFUND.
If returning item(s) PLEASE include packing slip which is included in your package that has all information on it.
